The Faculty Office Tower is located at 510 20th Street South in the UAB Medical Center and is a combination parking garage and office tower. The first six floors of the building are used as a parking garage and floors 7-12 are comprised of conference rooms and office space. The first floor has a small amount of office space dedicated to Autopsy & Pathology departments. The upper floors house the departments of Medicine, Surgical Oncology, Surgery and Urology. The Alabama Organ Center is located on the ground floor and is accessible directly from 20th Street South.
The building was constructed in 2002 and is connected to the Kirklin Clinic by a skybridge that passes over 20th Street South.
