Faush Metropolitan Manor Apartments is a 50-unit retirement community located at 5701 1st Avenue South in Woodlawn.

Faush Manor is the first retirement home in Birmingham and the 2nd in the nation to use the Israeli FST-21, an technologically-advanced security system which utilizes facial recognition technology. Birmingham's Ion 247 installed and monitors the system.
