Federal Bake Shop was a bake shop and deli, owned and operated by Walt Marchand and Belinda Marchand at Century Plaza from the mall's opening in 1975 until 1984.
The business was known for its homemade bread, cookies (chocolate chip, peanut butter, sugar and oatmeal raisin), petit fours, pizza and hot sandwiches on freshly made rolls.
