Frank Moore Cross, Sr (born c. 1895; died May 2, 1960 in Price, Utah) was a long-time pastor of Ensley Highlands Presbyterian Church, serving twice over the period from 1929 to 1960.

Cross' son, Frank, Jr, is a noted Biblical scholar at Harvard Divinity School and one of the academics involved in the translation of the Dead Sea Scrolls.

Cross died in 1960 following a heart ailment suffered during a train trip to California. The Frank M. Cross Educational Building at Ensley Highlands Presbyterian was named in his honor. After the church closed in 1991, the building has been used as an employment training center for Aletheia House.
