Gadsden Highway is the official name of U. S. Highway 11 from Parkway East as it passes through Huffman, Roebuck Plaza, and Trussville. It becomes Main Street through Trussville's downtown area, then picks up north of Parkway Drive, just prior to its crossing of the Cahaba River.
