Hallmark Farm is a 565-acre estate, known for its landscaped grounds and iconic red barn. The property was developed by Ted and Mary Hallmark.
After Ted Hallmark died in 2013, the property was acquired by the Hallmark Farms Cooperative, a joint initiative of Jefferson County and the City of Warrior, for $7.5 million. The cooperative plans a redevelopment of most of the site for light industrial, retail and office space. The barn itself will be preserved and operated as an event facility.
The farm hosted the 2020 Decorators ShowHouse
