Happy Apple was a restaurant that was scheduled to open in Summer 2015 in the "Pink House" at 817 39th Street South in Forest Park Village. Owners Todd La Porte and Lance Skidmore planned to serve healthy food, based around local ingredients, with vegan-friendly options, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Eventually the space was used for the short-lived Pinkhouse Cafe and later for Rougaroux.
