Heidi Elnora Baker is a wedding dress designer and seamstress. She appeared on the second season of Project Runway.

Baker, a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia, designed the coral dress worn by Sara Evans at the 2012 Academy of Country Music Awards.
