Hickory Knoll Apartments is an apartment community located at 200 Hickory Knoll Road, off Columbiana Road and south of Shades Creek in Homewood.

In 2021 an affiliate of Muss Development of Forest Hills, New York purchased the property for $13.8 million. It is managed by Arlington Properties.
