Highland Manor is a 15-story assisted-living apartment tower located at 2040 Highland Avenue on the corner of 21st Street South.
The building was constructed in 1961 as the 208-room Sheraton Motor Inn. When it was operated as a hotel, under the management of Mrs M. Michelli, the building boasted flexible meeting rooms on the second floor, nightly dancing in the "Cloud Room" and a penthouse restaurant, the Top of 21.
Another Highland Manor Apartments, managed by Engel Realty Company, is located at 1324 11th Avenue South.
