Holy Family Cristo Rey High School is a private, traditional Catholic school operated by the Diocese of Birmingham, and, since 2007, part of the national Cristo Rey network. The school was founded in 1943 by the Holy Cross Province of the Congregation of the Passion and, prior to joining Cristo Rey, was known as Holy Family Catholic High School.

The school, which is affiliated with Holy Family Catholic Church, is located at 2001 19th Street in Ensley and currently has an enrollment of about 170 students. The school is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and endorsed by the New Orleans Province of the Society of Jesus.

School officials applied to join the Cristo Rey network in 2005 and undertook a needs assessment in 2006 before debuting as a network school the following fall. As part of the Cristo Rey network, all students in the school participate in work-study in business environments. Four students take turns fulfilling the duties of one full-time job. Their salaries go to offsetting their tuition.

The president of the school is Father Alex Steinmiller. The principal is Elbert Morrow.
