Homer Arlin Jackson, Jr (born c. 1925, died September 27, 2009) was the treasurer of the Alabama Republican Party from 1964 until his death.
Jackson recieved a scholarship at age 16 to attend Howard College. He later attended and graduated with a mechanical engineering degree from Tulane University. He attended midshipman school at Columbia University and was commissioned Ensign Lieutenant Junior Grade. He served in the Navy during World War II. In 1955 he earned his law degree from Jones Law School in Montgomery.
Jackson served as chairman of the Young Republicans of Alabama in 1940. He served as state treasurer for the campaigns of Presidents Ronald Reagan, George Herbert Walker Bush and George W. Bush, as well as Senator Jeff Sessions.
Jackson and his wife Betty were married 55 years and had 2 daughters.
