Hooked is a seafood restarant located at 2100 3rd Avenue North opened by Rayford Cook in March 2014. Its menu features seafood dishes such as fish tacos, shrimp po-boys, crab cake sliders, and spicy "Rocket Shrimp".

Cook started the Off The Hook food truck in 2012 and took over the former Surin & Company location in the Concord Center serving favorites from the food truck's menu along with other entrees.
