Integrated Medical Systems International, Inc. (IMS) is a consulting and management firm specializing in maintaining surgical instruments for medical clients. The company tests, repairs and refurbishes medical equipment and provides management, training and planning services to hospitals and clinic.

IMS was founded in 1991 by Gene Robinson, who is President and CEO of the privately-held company. IMS now has annual revenues of more than $80 million and more than 600 employees in Alabama and at repair centers in Florida and Arizona.

In 2010 the company announced plans to bring its local office, repair and training staff together to a corporate campus near Sloss Furnaces in Birmingham. The $7.5 million development will include renovations to an existing building IMS owns and to the former Noland Building adjacent to it, as well as construction of new facility for its subsidiary Wedge Manufacturing, which carries out high-precision machining. Robinson's non-profit Instruments of Mercy will also have space at IMS' campus.

The project could be part of a Sloss Business Park proposed for the area by Operation New Birmingham.
