J Wings is a chicken-centric restaurant originally opened in Bessemer, with several locations in the Birmingham District.

Jay Williams started developing chicken wing recipes in his kitchen in his early twenties. he and Adrian Williams opened the first store on 9th Avenue Southwest in Bessemer around 2010. They have since opened locations at the Crossplex in 5 Points West, Fultondale, and Grayson Valley. In 2020 Williams partered with Jesus Mendez to open a location at Pizitz Food Hall.
