James Frederick Sulzby IV (born December 18, 1971; died February 11, 2006) was a real-estate agent with Sulzby Realty Company, where his father, James Sulzby III was president. He was the grandson of noted historian and civic leader James Sulzby Jr.

Sulzby, an Eagle Scout, graduated from Mountain Brook High School and earned his B.S. in building science from Auburn University in 1995, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. After graduation he joined his family's real estate company.

At his death in 2006 he was survived by his parents, and his sister Jean Sulzby Jones and her family. The funeral was held at Independent Presbyterian Church with burial at Elmwood Cemetery A resolution expressing condolences was entered into the Alabama Legislature by Representative Jim Carns.
