Johnny Lee Ragland Sr (born April 15, 1949) is a retired coal miner and current Mayor of Warrior.
Ragland is the son of Reverend Johnie Ragland and his wife, the former Dorothy Burgess.
Ragland was elected to the Warrior City Council in 2004 and re-elected in 2008. In 2012 he was elected as Mayor by a 426-272 margin over Oscar Turner.
Regland is also a member of the Cullman Jefferson Gas Board which serves portions of Cullman, Jefferson , Blount and Morgan Counties.
Ragland and his wife, Brenda, have four sons: Johnny Jr (Lee), Rodney, David and Brian.
