Lee Isaacs is a photographer active in Birmingham and a former photography editor for Alabama Art Monthly.

With more than 20 years experience as a photographer, Isaacs has involved himself with many different types of photography techniques including, digital, Polaroid, Polaroid transfer, and pinhole photography. Isaacs has also photographed for many artists and his photographs have been commissioned by the Alabama Symphony Orchestra, American Sports Medicine Institute, Cooking Light (magazine), the Cumberland School of Law, First Alabama Bank, Krupp International, McWane, Inc., MedPartners, Money (magazine), Russell Athletic, Samford University, Southern Company Services, Standard Deluxe, and UAB. Isaacs was the still photographer for the 2002 short film Johnny Flynton.

Isaacs studied Pinhole photography with Pinky Bass, and is developing digital pinhole techniques. He has also taught photography seminars and classes.

As an active member of the Photography Guild of the Birmingham Museum of Art, Isaacs helps provide support to the museum's photography collection through programming and fund-raising. Through this guild, Isaacs recently participated in the "Pinhole Camera" exhibit at the law office of Whatley-Drake. Isaacs also participates in Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day.
