The Leeds Downtown Folk Festival is an annual festival inaugurated in September 2008 by the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce. The festival features artisans working in booths along Parkway Drive in downtown Leeds. The festival also features torytellers, traditional music, and a tribute to John Henry near the Leeds Railroad Depot.

Unlike its predecessor, the Creek Bank Festival which took place at Leeds Memorial Park, the Leeds Folk Festival highlights the city's historic downtown area.
