Lester Nuby III (born April 18, 1974 in Birmingham) is a rock guitarist, drummer and record producer.
Nuby and Scott Bondy formed the band Verbena while students at Mountain Brook High School. Verbena recorded three albums, two of which were on Capitol Records, but disbanded in 2003. He later toured with Amy Ray (of the Indigo Girls) as part of her solo tour.
Nuby is currently the guitarist for Vulture Whale and is producing records nationally. He is currently the head engineer at Ol Elegante Studio. His sister, Leslie Nuby, is a visual artist and musician.
