The Maple Street Biscuit Co. is a restaurant chain which was founded in 2012 by Scott Moore and Gus Evans in Jacksonville, Florida and grew to 33 locations in seven states. It was acquired by Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. of Lebanon, Tennessee in 2019 with plans for it to continue to operate as a separate brand under Moore's leadership.

After buying the chain, Cracker Barrel converted its seven Holler & Dash Biscuit House locations to Maple Street Biscuit Co. stores, including one at 2801 18th Street South in downtown Homewood which opened on March 15, 2016.
