The Mayor of Leeds is the elected head of Leeds' city goverment. The position was established when the city was first incorporated in 1887. The incorporation was later voided and had to be reinstated in 1909.

- 1910-1912: M. J. Sharp
- 1912-1914: H. T. Caffey
- 1914-1916: J. B. Kincaid
- 1916-1917: Charles Lewis
- 1917-1918: T. J. Cason (Lewis' unexpired term)

- 1920-1924: J. M. Spruiell
- 1924-1930: A. J. Farley

- 1944-1947: Hayes Parnell (resigned due to illness)
