The Mayor of Leeds is the elected head of Leeds' city goverment. The position was established when the city was first incorporated in 1887. The incorporation was later voided and had to be reinstated in 1909.

- 1947-1948: Grady Price (Parnell's unexpired term)
- 1948-1962: Bill Dorrough (died in office)
- 1962-1964: A. D. Blair (appointed by Council to fill Durrough's unexpired term)

- 1968-1972: Jack Courson
- 1972-1976: James Wright (died in office)
