It was constructed in the 1980s as the corporate headquarters of Rust International, and co-developed by the Daniel Corporation. The landscaping, with two artificial lakes which serve as retention ponds, was designed by Nimrod Long & Associates.
The office park is arrayed along Corporate Parkway, Corporate Drive and Resource Drive.
