Melanie Bouyer (born 1975) is the Mayor of Lipscomb. She received 203 of 355 votes cast in the 2008 mayoral election.
Bouyer graduated from the University of Montevallo in 1997 with a degree in Speech Pathology and Human Services. She is the program director for the Bridge Builders Foundation. In 2007, Bouyer was named to the Lipscomb City Council, but had to resign due to residency issues.
