Mercantile on Morris is the name for the adaptive re-use of several through-block buildings at 2209–2225 1st Avenue North and 2208–2224 Morris Avenue in downtown Birmingham. Orchestra Partners is developing the project.

The initial development was financed in part with an $11.2 million loan from Trez Forman Capital of Palm Beach, Florida. Creature served as architect and contractor for the renovations. The first phase included 47 condominium units and 14,710 square feet of retail space, including a pedestrian link from Morris Avenue to 1st Avenue North.

Orchestra Partners acquired the adjoining building that formerly housed Lindsey Office Furnishings in August 2021. The developers made plans to renovate it for additional residential units, four 500 square-foot commercial spaces, and for rental storage.
