The New Rosedale Studio is a planned mixed-use redevelopment of a residential lot at 2756 B. M. Montgomery Street in Homewood's Rosedale neighborhood. It will house the offices of Terry Slaughter's Slaughter Group, a design and branding firm, as well as his Simon Cyrene Group, a non-profit organization providing creative services to other nonprofits. It is also planned to include studio and residential space suitable for a students or guests working with the Simon Cyrene Group's New Rosedale Initiative.

The studio is being developed and constructed by Tim Coker of Coker Holdings.

The project involved the demolition of a vacant duplex and rezoning of the lot from "Neighborhood Preservation District" to "Mixed Use District". Despite opposition from Rosedale residents, the rezoning request was approved by a 7-2 vote of the Homewood City Council on June 9, 2014.
