Ninette Griffith (born 1913) was fashion director for Loveman's and Sears department stores and a finishing school instructor.

Griffith is the daughter of H. B. Abernathy. She graduated from the University of Alabama before going to work at Loveman's, where she created her own role as fashion director.

Performer Dolores Hydock recorded 50 hours of Griffith telling her own stories and adapted them into a stage production entitled "In Her Own Fashion", which debuted at Terrific New Theatre in 2010.
