Nino's Italian Restaurant is located at 2968 Pelham Parkway in Pelham. The restaurant, owned by Walter Caron and sportscaster Eli Gold, opened in 2009.

The restaurant is named for Caron's uncle Nino Reale of New York. Caron and Gold became friends around 2003 when Gold and his wife frequented Salvatore's in Vestavia Hills where Caron was the manager. Both are native New Yorkers. They decided to open the restaurant in Pelham because there were no Italian restaurants in the area.

After Caron died in February 2019 his family continued to operate the restaurant.
