One Pratt Park is a planned 8-acre city park located between Dugan Avenue and Lacy Road, and between Hibernian Street and Lafayette Street in North Pratt. The Pratt City Library, constructed in 2013, occupies the park's southwest corner.

The Birmingham City Council approved a $7.7 million appropriation to construct the park on September 18, 2018. The entire cost of the project was funded by federal disaster recovery grants for rebuilding areas affected by the April 2011 tornado outbreak.
