Paul Monnette is the owner of Monnette's, a pizzeria in the Village at Lee Branch.
Monnette owned a Village Pizza franchise in Birmingham during the 1980s. He then ran a brewery restaurant in Wisconsin for 14 years before returning to the area as an executive at 1 Odd Duck.
