In order to help pay for his medical expenses, morning radio-show hosts Rick and Bubba organized the concert. Several bands played, and the event saw the reunion of former major-label bands Brother Cane, Telluride and the Locust Fork Band. Along with Rick and Bubba's band Mr Lucky, the concert raised around $50,000.
