Phyllis E. Chapple-Perkins (died May 10, 2023 in Mulga) was, as Phyllis from Mulga, a regular call-in participant on the Paul Finebaum Radio Network.

Perkins died from lung cancer in 2023. She is buried at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens.
