The Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union Mid-South Council (RWDSU Mid-South Council) is a Birmingham-based regional council of the National Union which represents workers in poultry and dairy plants, manufacturing facilities and grocery stores. The union's offices are located in the Margaret Robbins Labor Center at 1901 10th Avenue South. It is headed by President John Whitaker.

In June 2012 1,200 workers at the Pilgrim's Pride processing plant in Russellville voted to join the RWDSU.

In January 2013 the United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 1657 merged its 2,000+ supermarket and nursing home workers into the RWDSU.
