Riverchase Landing is a 468-unit apartment complex off River Haven Drive in Hoover. It features three swimming pools and a pair of tennis courts. The roads within the complex are known as River Haven Lane and River Haven Circle.

In January 2012, the complex was acquired by Massachusetts-based Colony Hills Capital LLC, making it the company's first Alabama apartment complex. A fire, apparently caused by lightning, damaged one 20-unit building in the complex in July 2018.
