Carl Robert "Rob" Henrikson (born c. 1947) is the Chief Executive Officer of MetLife, Inc.
Henrikson graduated from Indian Springs School in 1965. He earned a bachelor of arts at the University of Pennsylvania in 1969 and a juris doctorate at the Emory University School of Law in 1972.
Henrikson was appointed President of Institutional Business for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in 1999, President of its U.S. Insurance and Financial Services businesses in 2002, and President and Chief Operating Officer of the company in June 2004. He was appointed CEO of MetLife on March 1, 2006, and became chairman of the board two months later.
