STIX is a Japanese and Chinese restaurant chain which opened its first Birmingham-area location at 3250 Galleria Circle at the Riverchase Galleria in 1997.

Customers have a choice of two dining rooms, separated by a sushi bar. The Japanese dining room features teppan tables where food is prepared individually for each group.

In 2009, a second area location was opened at Colonial Promenade Fultondale at 3405 Lowery Parkway.
