Samuel H. Burr (born 1919 in Birmingham - died January 9, 2007 in Birmingham) was a partner in the law firm of Burr & Forman LLP from 1948 through the 1980s.

Burr was the son of Borden Burr, a founder of the firm of Benners, Burr, Stokely & McKamy, which later became Burr & Forman. He earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Alabama in 1941 and, after World War II, completed his law degree at Yale, finishing in 1948, at which time he joined the practice and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar.

He retired from active practice in the 1980s, but continued to serve the firm, and the Birmingham law community, as a practitioner and mentor well into his retirement.

Burr died in January, 2007 at the age of 87.
