Scarlett Singleton Nokes (born c. 1979 in Florence) is an attorney and former prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama.

Singleton is the daughter of Rick Singleton, Florence's chief of police, and his wife, Peggy. She waited tables at the family's barbecue restaurant before earning her undergraduate degree at Birmingham-Southern College. She spent a summer as an intern at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia and completed law school at Harvard University. She was part of the team that successfully prosecuted former Jefferson County Commissioner Larry Langford in 2009.
