Schaeffer Eye Center was a chain of optometry clinics and eyewear showrooms owned by Jack Schaeffer. The company, founded in 1986, has sixteen Alabama locations and is headquartered at 1686 Montgomery Highway in Hoover. The chain is known for sponsoring the Schaeffer Eye Center Crawfish Boil music festival each Spring.
