Scott Webb (born September 5, 1952) is the founding pastor of Word of Life Christian Center in Birmingham and the founder of Webb Ministries.

Webb was a deputy for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office when he left to attend Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He graduated in 1982 and founded the World of Life Christian Center in December of that year in the back of a Center Point strip mall. The church has grown to over 2,000 members and worhips in a 56,000 square foot building on a 174-acre campus on Derby Parkway.

In addition to his church ministry, Webb records a daily radio program for syndication.

Webb and his wife Phyllis have two children. His son David worked as an executive and youth pastor at the church before he pleaded guilty to transporting a minor across state lines for sex in 2009.
