Shogun Japanese Steakhouse was a Japanese restaurant owned and operated by Ki Chon Choi of Huntsville at 4618 U.S. Highway 280 in Birmingham's Overton neighborhood. Choi and his wife, Seung Woo, acquired the property at the former Key Pointe Shopping Center in 1993 and incorporated the business in 1994.
The property went into foreclosure in 2009 and was acquired at public sale by RBC Bank. In 2011 the former restaurant site was redeveloped as the Shops at River Ridge.
