The Silvertron Café is a casual neighborhood restaurant located at 3813 Clairmont Avenue in Forest Park since 1986. The name refers to a television repair shop that was previously located in the building.
Silvertron briefly had a location on Rocky Ridge Road in Vestavia Hills.
On the morning of March 22, 2006 the owner, Alan Potts, was found dead in the café's kitchen.
