Southern Cal Transport was a national trucking company headquartered at 148 41st Avenue West in Birmingham's Hooper City neighborhood. It was founded in 1995 and bought by Ken Adams in 1998.

Southern Cal operated its primary route from the Southeast to California and services the East Coast through its Eagle Motor Lines division. It operated trucking terminals in Memphis, Tennessee and Mira Loma, California.

In 2011 Adams sold the company to Transport America of Eagan, Minnesota.
