Springville Landing Apartments (formerly Twin Gates East Apartments) is an apartment community located at 1061 Huffman Road in Roebuck. The complex is made up of several two-story buildings and features three laundry centers, a swimming pool and a playground and picnic area.
On August 5, 2008 Kerry Whitmore, 20, was murdered by his brother in one of the complex's parking lots. In June 2009 a small fire broke out in one of the units, but was extinguished quickly before it spread. Dexter Speight was fatally wounded by gunshot at the complex in July 2020.
