St Paul & the Broken Bones is a seven-member soul-inspired rock band founded in Birmingham in 2012. Members include singer Paul Janeway, guitarist Browan Lollar, bassist Jesse Phillips, drummer Andrew Lee, keyboard player Al Gamble, and a brass section made up of trombonist Ben Griner and trumpeter Allen Branstetter.
The group's debut was a four-song EP, "Greetings From St. Paul & the Broken Bones," which was released on Muscle Shoals' Single Lock Records in December 2012. The full-length follow-up album, "Half the City", was released on February 18, 2014.
