Stoneridge Apartments (formerly Campus Heights, Collegiate Hall, The Heights, University Heights and Alden Apartments) is a 176-unit apartment complex located at 500 Palisades Drive, north of Palisades Boulevard in Birmingham's Glen Iris neighborhood.
The complex was developed in 2001 by American Campus Communities as student apartments. All units had three bedrooms, each furnished with a private bath.
Saban Real Estate, a division of Saban Capital Group of Los Angeles, California, acquired the property in 2016 for $20.3 million.
Two Waters Capital Management of Atlanta, Georgia purchased it from them in 2021 for $16,250,000. They renovated the complex as conventional apartments and adopted the present name.
