Stoneridge Apartments

Stoneridge Apartments (formerly Alden Apartments) is a 176-unit apartment complex located at 500 Palisades Drive, north of Palisades Boulevard in Birmingham's Glen Iris neighborhood.

Saban Real Estate, a division of Saban Capital Group of Los Angeles, California, acquired the property, then marketed as student apartments, in 2016 for $20.3 million. Two Waters Capital Management of Atlanta, Georgia purchased it from them in 2021 for $16,250,000. They renovated the complex as conventional apartments and adopted the present name.
