Appeal vs. Call

...recommending that Negros [sic] engage in local negotiations and use the courts if rights are being denied.

It might be better to use a direct quote from the Appeal for Law and Order and Common Sense. Also, this article says more about the Appeal than the titular A Call for Unity. -- Rob 15:06, 29 November 2006 (PST)
