I'm not understanding the 1960 route. I followed 18th Street to Mayfair ''Drive''. Then there's a Windsor ''Boulevard'' south of there, but you have to go out to Highway 31 to get from one to the other. Durham Drive isn't on the map. I looked at the 1959 map at [http://alabamamaps.ua.edu/historicalmaps/topos/jefferson75min.html], and it doesn't look like the roads have changed much since then, except for Devonshire Drive no longer going into Howard/Samford from the back. Several of the roads on the 1959 map aren't labeled, so it is possible some names have changed. --[[User:Lkseitz|Lkseitz]] 07:02, 17 October 2006 (PDT) | I'm not understanding the 1960 route. * This was the only one that I couldn't follow in my Jeff Co Map Book. The 1960 Transit Map shows only the streets on the route, and doesn't use "St, Rd, Blvd" etc - so what it shows is the bus going down 18th Street, then taking a left on "Mayfair" and jogging down a bit to "Windsor", apparently crossing Independence Drive in the process. Durham is on the east side of 31. --[[User:Dystopos|Dystopos]] 07:18, 17 October 2006 (PDT) |

1960 route
I'm not understanding the 1960 route. I followed 18th Street to Mayfair Drive. Then there's a Windsor Boulevard south of there, but you have to go out to Highway 31 to get from one to the other. Durham Drive isn't on the map. I looked at the 1959 map at [1], and it doesn't look like the roads have changed much since then, except for Devonshire Drive no longer going into Howard/Samford from the back. Several of the roads on the 1959 map aren't labeled, so it is possible some names have changed. --Lkseitz 07:02, 17 October 2006 (PDT)
